Archival Visit by Professor  S. Dubow

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Archives for Contemporary Affairs had the pleasure of a visit from a renowned historian and scholar of history. A Professor of History at Cambridge University. His teachings and research focuses on the history of contemporary South Africa from the early-nineteenth century to the current. He has published widely on the development of racial segregation and apartheid. Professor Saul Dubow published extensively on the machinations and legitimisation of Apartheid. During his visit Mr Dubow expressed that the Archives in holding are well kept and properly arranged.  And noted that what is important is that the records are created by leading Apartheid figures and remain unique and remarkable in the study and understanding of Apartheid.  Academics and all are invited to come and discover the remarkable and unique historical records in holdings of the Archives for Contemporary Affairs.
