Prof Johan Coetzee is an associate professor in Economics and Finance at the University of the Free State (UFS) in South Africa. Prof Coetzee research focuses on developments in the South African banking industry, focusing specifically on the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on how banks interact and mitigate potential risk with their customers.
